Experience, with responsibility.

These rules apply equally to positive and negative experiences.

Share the work you experienced.

Submit genuine firsthand experiences and real service payments. Do not review your own business, impersonate another person, fabricate evidence or submit a contribution to manipulate a price group. One review per business per year is supported; revise an existing review when the context changes.

Keep personal information out of public content.

Focus on the service. Do not publish NRICs, home addresses, personal phone numbers, unrelated identities or sensitive allegations. Evidence is private and must have an appropriate processing and disclosure basis. The complaint form includes explicit disclosure consent. Submitting a valid complaint with that consent immediately makes its title, narrative, reported amount, date, resolution and first name available to signed-in exact-name/phone searchers. Existing private cases are not automatically disclosed. Evidence, references, messages and sign-in identity remain private. There is no complaint directory. Members must save their real full name in Settings → Profile. New or revised complaints automatically show its first part; the full name stays private. Email sign-in does not verify the name.

Moderation and responses

Searchable complaint accounts publish immediately after automatic validation and the reporter’s disclosure choice. Moderators review them after posting, including reported concerns, and can take them down or restore corrected accounts. Business enrolments, reviews, edits, prices and replies retain review before publication or benchmark eligibility. Reporters remain responsible for their submissions. Saksi moderates content and handles privacy and correction concerns; being a platform does not displace applicable obligations. Moderators may redact unnecessary information or reject unsupported content. Identity and transaction checks describe checks performed; they do not guarantee safety or prove every claim. Business responses, corrections, disputes and privacy requests remain free.

Access grants

Customer search, published review history and eligible local price benchmarks are free for signed-in active accounts. Search and browsing frequency quotas are temporarily disabled for all users and guest previews. Browser verification, authentication abuse controls and record-access permissions remain enforced. Automated bulk collection and circumventing access limits are prohibited. Groups are displayed only when enough independent contributors exist. Administrative grants can provide business capabilities. Payment processing is not enabled in this MVP, and access grants never purchase favourable ratings, review removal or access to private records.

Records and privacy

Normal corrections create revisions. Archive and disable actions restrict use. Personal content can be removed after a privacy or retention review while a justified minimal action record remains. Read the privacy notice for purposes, audiences and choices.
